AMC1311: Different De Marking

Hello E2E Experts,

Good day.

I purchased MPN AMC1311BDWVR and did the decapsulation.

We found the die using a different mark, the die using is with mark AMC1336

We are comparing 2 part with the same MPN AMC1311BDWVR, but the result comes out with different die marking.

Please refer to the body marking.

Can you help check and confirm whether both are produced by TI?

Or able to provide the reference meaning on the die body marking?

Hi CSC,

Yes, this change was part of a retrofit process. These die labels are correct.

Hello Alexander,

Good day.

I have 2 queries:

There is a retrofit process change on the die, can you help provide any PCN reference and the implementation date?
Our QA checked the schematics of the AMC1311 and AMC1336 are different for both DIE #3 & #4. Please help to advise.

1. PCN 20220503002 Expired 08/03/2022

2. A couple of bond pads were removed, but overall they remain “the same”.
