OPA818: The Model Amplification is Incorrect

Part Number: OPA818
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OPA817, OPA656

Hello E2E Experts,

Good day.

I have a problem with the model of the OPA818 amplifier. The amplification is incorrect and the phase is.

I downloaded the model from the website: https://www.ti.com/product/OPA818#design-tools-simulation

The PSpice Circuit Containing OPA818 Model is correct which can be downloaded from this link: https://www.ti.com/product/OPA818#design-tools-simulation (Design & Development tab of the device product folder).

It means, that I need to contact the whole circuit from the .opj project to have the same open-loop gain?

I attached screenshots explaining the problem:

Screenshots.zip

Additionally, I downloaded the opa818 model from the website (PSPICE Circuit Containing OPA818 Model (Rev. B))
There was a .opj file with the OPA818 amplifier (Screenshot_1). If I use this amplifier from the obj file and just connect the test signal to the inverting input and ground non-inverting (Screenshot_2). As a result, I see the loop gain, which is different from the graph from the datasheet (Screenshot_4 and opa818.pdf)
I attach the project I made for this checking (OPA818_alone)

The question
I would like to buy OPA818 to construct a trans-impedance amplifier, but before that, I need to model the circuit. Could you send me the model of the OPA818, which I can use for the modeling?
I saw that on the forums, but there is no right model for this amplifier.
