Hi Team,

I am reading the reference design SLOA033A and it mentions voltage mode amp and charge mode amp by using TLV2771. The difference in the reference design is the position of the amplifier and the sensor. I am wondering that if there are other documents that describe the advantage of using Voltage mode amp circuit and charge mode amp circuit. Thanks!

Moreover, is it okay to replace TLV2771 by using TLV9051 in this reference design? Thanks.

    I am not certain any additional content exists on comparing voltage mode amplifiers and charge mode amplifiers like SLOA033. I will give another look through all of our content to see if anything exists.

    Yes, TLV9051 would be a good cross for TLV2771 in this application :
