TLC272: HBM,CDM data request

Part Number: TLC272

Hi Support Team.

In the Qualification Summary, the results of HBM and CDM are described as "See data sheet".
However, the datasheet does not show the results of HBM and CDM.


Please tell me HBM and CDM data of TLC272CPWR.

    In the Application Information in the TLC272 datasheet, there is a section on ESD protection (page 32) - please see the screenshot below.

    Thank you for answering.
    I think the above answers are test data based on the MIL-STD-883C standard.

    Do you have ESD test data (HBM, CDM) according to the JEDEC JESD22-C101 standard?

    Hi Hayashi-san, 

    We do not have additional ESD information for this device due to the age of this device. I recommend selecting a newer alternative if you need the ESD test data for JEDEC standard. One alternative is the TLV9152 but we can help to search depending on what key parameters are needed.
