INA849: How should I do and which instrument I can choose, if I want to measure one amplifier's 'Current Noise' like INA849?

I want to measure the 'current noise' of amplifier, but I don't know which method I can use to do this.

By the way, which kind measurement instrument I can choose?

I want to get the noise figure like the above figure from INA849 data sheet, and get power spectrum density by FFT like below figure.

    The input current noise may be measured by converting it across the resistor  - see below.

    Figure 7-28 uses a scope to measure 1/f low frequency input current noise by converting it across the input resistor to voltage noise while Figure 7-25 uses a spectrum analyzer to measure input current noise spectral density as shown in the test circuit above.
