I am looking for Spice/TINA-TI model of AMC22c11. Can you please provide me with same/similar Pspice model?

Hi Jay,

We do not currently have a PSpice model for the AMC22C11 device, we do however have a TINA-TI model for the AMC23C11: https://www.ti.com/lit/tsc/sbam477

Device operation is the same for AMC22C11 and AMC23C11.

I'll see if there is a chance we can create a PSPICE model for the AMC2xC11.

Meanwhile, could you share some information about your application?
