Hi Renan,

as being a fully analog amplifier there doesn't exist an IBIS model for the INA199.

As Kai points out, IBIS models are usually for digital parts, so the INA199 would not be a part that would regularly include an IBIS model. That being said, we typically do not do IBIS model's for our digital parts. For the INA199 we have SPICE models both for TINA-TI and PSPICE that may be found on the product folder page of the INA199.
