In the d/s, there is a typo on below two diagram for REF1 and REF2. Which one is correct? thanks.

Both are correct. See section 8.4.1 of the datasheet: "There is no operational difference between the two reference pins."

Clemens is correct here. These are SBDs and do not assign pins to the reference pins. Both pins have the same functionality, so there should not be any issue apart from a minor inconsistency between images.
