AMC1351: Is there no problem with VDD1(High-side) and VDD2(Low-side)=5V

Hi, 

In the above POWER SUPPLY requirement specifications, NOM is stated as VDD2=3.3V, but is there no problem with VDD1(High-side) and VDD2(Low-side)=5V?

As a background to the question, the output voltage did not change whether the VDD2 voltage in the simulation was 3.3V or 5V.
