Yes, any single supply between 4.5 V and 36 V is supported.

Hi Paolo,

but keep an eye on the limited common mode input voltage range: Your input signal must stay 1.25V away from the supply rails. This might be a problem in a single supplied circuit.

Hi Paolo,

Yes the OPA207 supports a voltage supply from 4.5V to 36V, or ±2.25V to ±18V, but as Kai has mentioned, the input common-mode linear range requires 1.25V headroom away from the positive and negative supply. Please keep in mind the input common-mode range if using unipolar supply.
