Dears,

We have to  use VSSOP(8) package  dimensions (3mmX3mm) TLV9152QDRQ1/ TLV9002QDRQ1 in our BMS design.

But cad cell  for VSSOP(8) package is not available on datasheet. Can you please arrange the land pattern VSSOP(8) package.

NOTE:- Design held for this cad cell/ land pattern verification.

    Hello Subhash, 

    I think there might be some confusion with the part numbers and the package type. 

    The DGK landing pattern and package dimensions is located on Page 49 and 50 on the datasheet. 

    The D landing pattern and package dimensions is located on Page 46, 47, and 48 on the datasheet.
