I saw someone else (presumably) receive them offline, and if I could be sent them as well, that would help me out a lot.

    Hi Ben,

    The OP from the post your are referencing is another TI employee. Unfortunately I cannot share the board design openly as the EVM is not rated for high voltage operation and doing so may encourage use of the board directly in an application.
