LF442-MIL: LF442-MWA wafer quantity and dicing position question

Hi TI Team,

Thank you for your support.

One of our customer try to purchase LF442-MWA (IC OPAMP JFET 2 CIRCUIT WAFER).

But We couldn't find information,

1. How many chips can make from 1 wafer?
2. MOQ is 429pcs. Is it one wafer = 429pcs of chips can produce?
3. Could we get dicing position or any information which reed for design?

Could you give some advice?

I have the answers to the questions.

How many chips can make from 1 wafer?
1. A known good map/quantity will be provided with the purchase of the wafer. The chips per wafer (CPW) is proprietary
MOQ is 429pcs. Is it one wafer = 429pcs of chips can produce?
1. MOQ is not the same as CPW. That is the minimum order quantity, but I believe the minimum order quantity is an error and should not be 429.
Could we get dicing position or any information which reed for design?
1. This is provided when a customer requests a quote
