The product description can be enlarged 20 times, but the actual amplification can only be 2 times. Please help to confirm the problem

What is your frequency? what is the input 1Vpeak or 1Vpp or 0 to 1V?

Input signal is 0.5Vpp，frequency is 400MHz sinewave 。

So I think your gain to the output pin is about 11V/V,

0.5Vpp will then be 5.5Vpp and at 400MHz, the slew rate demanded will be 2.25Vpeak*6.28*400MHz, =7000V/usec which exceeds the available 5500V/usec in the OPS,

Why don't you back off to 200MHz and see if the amplitude makes more sense.
