Hi Eswar,

there's no minimum input signal for the THS4541. All depends on how much OPAmp noise your signal can tolerate.

Hello Eswar,

Are you referring to the input voltage range of the device? This will depend on the power supply configuration. The below snippet is from the THS4541 datasheet:

The specification refers to the voltage directly at the input of the amplifier. A higher voltage can be present at the RG resistors; models/simulations found in product folder's Design & Development tab can be used to determine your input range as well as Kai's noise suggestion.
