Result-Theta JC, top (standard datasheet value)	28.8
Result-Theta JB (standard datasheet value)	63.1
Result- Psi JT (standard datasheet value)	22.1
Result- Psi JB (standard datasheet value)	58.3
Result-Theta JC, bottom (standard datasheet value)	10.5
Modelling Assumptions	No PCB via; no PCB thermal pad. Package body not attached to PCB. Rth-JCbottom provided for completeness only.
