OPA357 with no output

Hi,

 

I would like to ask a question on OPA357.

       

       

I have a OPA357AIDBVT(SOT23-6) on my customized board. The connection is shown in the schematics above. I have verified that all pins are connected corrected and pin 5 Enable is high.

 

I measured the signal of input pin 3 and output pin 1 with oscilloscope. Although there is signal at pin 3, nothing is being output at 1.

 

Does this mean the chip is bad? I bought it from an online store in China rather than from TI or its distributors, but OPA357 is a relatively simple chip, and I presume it be more reliable, is it common for the chip to have problem? In my case it doesn’t “amplify” at all.
