TLV4170: Input bias and Input offset spec request

Part Number: TLV4170
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TL084H, TL074H, OPA4170,

Hi

Could you provide below specification which is not available in datasheet?

  1. Input bias current – maximum at TA = 25°C
  2. Input bias current – maximum at TA = –40°C to +125°C
  3. Input offset current – maximum at TA = 25°C
  4. Input offset current – maximum at TA = –40°C to +125°C
  5. Input offset voltage drift – maximum

Kelvin

  • Hello Kelvin,

Unfortunately this data is only available for typical spec:

Could you please share the application's requirements?
We have some op amps that do this, here is a parametric search: https://www.ti.com/amplifier-circuit/op-amps/general-purpose/products.html#p3247max=0.034;4454545.472&sort=p1261max;desc

The TL084H/TL074H show max Ib and Ios but not Vosdrift:

  • Hi Carolina

Unfortunately TL08xH does not have enough inventory to support.

    Requirements :

    • 4ch op amp
    • TSSOP-14 package
    • Low quiescent current (around similar to OPA4170)
    • Around similar dc accuracy as OPA4170
    • Around similar bandwidth and slew rate as OPA4170 (1.2MHz & 0.4V/µs)
    • Available stock: >10k

OPA4170 was originally used. To expand the inventory, we are finding second source with similar specs as OPA4170, with available stocks, similar package size is the main requirements.

For the maximum specs of TLV4170,  the maximum data is important to define the products. Does 10x typical or 5x typical enough for the maximum specs?

    1. Input bias current – maximum at TA = 25°C (Assume 10x typical)
    2. Input bias current – maximum at TA = –40°C to +125°C (Assume 10x typical)
    3. Input offset current – maximum at TA = 25°C (Assume 10x typical)
    4. Input offset current – maximum at TA = –40°C to +125°C (Assume 10x typical)
    5. Input offset voltage drift – maximum (Assume 6x typical)

    Kelvin

  • Hey Kelvin,

Can you share the customer schematic?
If that is not possible, could you please share the used supply voltage, input signal range, and expected output range?

I have a few good alternatives but they are not rail to rail out.

    All the best,
    Carolina
