I am writing to know the terminal finish for each one of the two parts "AMC1301QDWVQ1" & "AMC1301QDWVRQ1" if it is NiPdAu or NiAu or Au. Please could you tell me the thickness of Au.

In addition, could you inform me about Moisture Sensitivity level (MSL) for each one of the two parts "AMC1301QDWVQ1" & "AMC1301QDWVRQ1".

The finish is NIPDAU. I don't have details on the thickness or content percentages.

Some other people in this forum provide thickness of Au. TI components that have NiPdAu have the same thickness of Au?
