INA210: HBM ESD rating

Hi Team,

I noticed that the HBM ESD rating of INA21xA was changed from 4kV to 2kV(from revision I to revision J), may I know the reason behind this?

    Hi Charles,

    Thanks to a colleague who was involved in this subject back then, the reason was due to a second fab came online.  As you may know, qualification is required in this situation, and the ESD spec turned out to be not as high. Since material in the distribution channels are blended, there is no tracking mechanism to keep the material/spec separated. Therefore the company had to revise the spec to the lower of the two.
