Hello,
due to deliver challenges customers is looking for drop-in alternatives. Can he use TLE2022QDRQ1 or TLE2022AQDREP? Any differences?

    Hi HS,

    The TLE2022Q-1 and TLE2022AQ-1 are the versions of the TLE2022 that are qualified for automotive in accordance with AEC-Q100. They also have an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. The electrical characteristics of the Q1 and non-Q1 parts are essentially identical and can be a drop-in replacement within the operating temperature spec. Of course the A variant is slightly better in certain specs such as offset voltage.
