I am using INA240A1 IC in one of my project. We need functional safety document of INA240A1 IC for FMDEA / FTA topic.

Could you please provide the FIT rating of INA20A1.

    As we discuss here on the website, available functional safety documentation is based on the level of classification of the catalog device. 

    Typically, our -Q1 automotive devices are the devices classified at the "functional safety capable" (FSC) level where this information exists. You can find FIT and FMEA information for the INA240-Q1 available in that devices product folder. As the catalog INA240 is not classified as a FSC device, we do not have this information in the product folder.
