VCC is powered by 5V voltage and PIN6 is connected to GND. When the sensor has no signal output, the voltage of PIN5 is 0.569V, and the voltage of PIN7 is 5V; When the sensor has a signal output, the voltage of PIN5 becomes -0.591V, but PIN7 is still 5V, and there is no change. Can you confirm that the IC is broken?
