Thanks a lot for your warm help.

My customer is selecting comparators recently.

At present, they are considering SN331QDBVRQ1 and TL331BQDBVRQ1.

However, I can not find the datasheet of SN331QDBVRQ1 on ti.com. 

1. Would you mind helping me to provide the difference between SN331QDBVRQ1 and TL331BQDBVRQ1?

2. If the SN331QDBVRQ1 is too outdated, don't hesitate to tell me.

    "SN" devices are special numbers that are usually not available to the general market. We cannot discuss the details on a public forum.

    I will reach out to you internally to discuss.

    I would recommend the newer TL331BQDBVRQ1 (TL331B-Q1).
