Shifting 0-2V rectangular Signal to -1V, +1V

I am trying to shift 0-2V rectangular Signal to a biphasic -1V, +1V one. How can I do that?

Or with an additional voltage follower at the input to isolate the source from the negative auxiliary voltage "V1".
