Hi TI,
Since this IC is a 4-channel op-amp, what termination should be made for the not use op amp channel? Should I ground the output and input of the not use channel?
Thank you.
Best regards,
Fariz

Hi Fariz,
take a 100k / 100k voltage divider and generate an auxiliary voltage of about midsupply and connect the +inputs of unsed OPAmps to this auxiliary voltage. Connect the -inputs of each unused OPAmp to its output forming a simple voltage follower (gain = +1V/V).

Fariz,
Setup the unused amplifier so that the output is not at either rail and inputs are in the valid common mode voltage range. Kai's unity gain solution is good.
Never short to output, and avoid shorting inputs.
