Hi Expert,
When the negative input voltage is greater than a certain value,maybe 65VDC,the output no longer follows the change. You can see this distortion on the red box of below waveform. The value of this distortion is about 0.76V.
You can check the schematic below. May you kindly help check the root cause?
The power supply of the AMP is about 12VDC.
