Hi Archie,
Can you please ask the customer to clarify if this is for AC or DC voltage sensing?
I see nodes specifying DC and also RMS values.
If this is for DC voltage sensing, then I would recommend using AMC1411 with 0-2V input range and configuration (2).
If this is for AC sensing, then I would recommend configuration (3) and using an R3' resistor to cancel the offset created by the input bias current.
