Hi Kelly,

I am not sure of a license that would be needed to install the software. Are they following the process highlighted in the INA226 EVM User Guide ? Also, which version (A or B) of the GUI are they using?

If the user guide instructions are not working, can you provide any screenshots showing the issue/error?
