I am component engineer working with Honeywell Aerospace.

We are looking for FFF alternate suggestion for discontinued Harris Semiconductor MPN CA3010.

Kindly review and confirm if you have any alternate suggestion.

    There are no amplifiers in a 12-pin TO-5 package.

    Over twenty years ago, Harris suggested replacement with the CA741 (with different package and different electrical characteristics); TI offers the UA741 and LM741. But if you are using a different device anyway, there would be better choices available nowadays, depending on what the actual requirements are.

    Hi Rashi,
        As Clemens mentioned, there are no offerings in 12-pin TO-5 package. However you can consider TFR1208 for newer designs which operates on 3.3V supply and 11GHz BW with excellent linearity performance.
