OPA2683A input offset drift specs? vs offset ATE span?

Part Number: opa2683A

Working on sorting out spec. consistency on this new part.

Here, the ATE limits on Vos go to +/-95uV which is +/-10 sigma from plot 7-18. Which might have a been a single lot?

Normally, to set a drift limit, we would want to cluster the tested packaged units at the limits of the Vos test. Did that actually happen to get that great +/-0.8uV/C drift with only +/-4sig limit?

I am guessing the Vos plot was limited to a single lot where those very wide limits include guesses on overlot variation (on a trimmed spec?). If so, is that +/-0.8uV max drift really reliable if you pass parts at the 95uV ATE limit?
