LM158: Identifying Part Markings for LM158J

Hi,

I've purchased these LM158J device with a Certificate of Conformance listing the date code as April 2022.

I've tried deciphering the part marking 25S1198E0 but to my luck I'm having a little trouble identifying the date code.

Please advise

Your device is not an LM158 but an LM158-N.

According to the National Semiconductor Device Marking Conventions, the two-digit date code "11" refers to 20x1.

For this device, the date code is designated as the first two digits after the logo, in this case "25", which corresponds to year, month.
