Please contact the TI customer support. I am unable to reveal the code of these letters. The part markings met with image file in our database. Due to the IC size limitation, some of the markings may be altered slightly from the datasheet. Since Arrow is TI authorized distributor, you should contact our customer support center, and request the marking information from the team. We are providing technical support only, is unable to reveal the IC's marking codes in the public forum.
