THS4531A: PSRR

Part Number: THS4531A

Hi,

Good Day.

What is PSRR on device THS4531AIDGK? Is this the output change per change on supply voltages from 2.7V to 5V? Or Not.

Please consider also checking figures 19 and 52 which listed PSRR in two ways as if each PSRR is tested per each supply.

Please advise. Thank you very much.

Best Regards,

Ray Vincent

  • Well yes Ray,

a 108dB PSRR implies only a 10uV Vos shift from 2.7V to 5V supplies, that is imperctible on figures 31 and 64 in the datasheet (in fact, I am wondering if these show the same data?)

Figures 19 and 52 are PSRR and CMRR, and yes PSRR is moving one supply at a time and CMRR moves them to together in final test to emulate input CM shifts.
