Hello ...Are INA118U and INA118UB coming from the same die?
if yes then I can assume the wafer is screened and each element is sorted out for either INA118U or INA118UB
or if INA118U and INA118UB are not sharing same device then we’ll have to run extensive qual testing which we are trying to avoid…kindly comment ..thanks for the fast reply
