LM2904: LM2904DR vs LM2904QDR

Hi Team,

In the original post, Ron mentioned that the LM2904QDR part is a "step up" commercial device compared to LM2904DR.

Can we ask for the specific meaning of this statement? Is it in terms of an added screening/qualification? Or better specifications? Thanks in advance!

Hi Ron,

I understand. But can we share any information on how the LM2904QDR is a step-up device compared to LM2904DR? The two devices have a slight pricing difference and our customer wants to know the particular advantage of using LM2904QDR instead of LM2904DR.

I suggest saving money and using LM2904DR or going all the way, LM2904-Q1.
