I am trying to follow Dual-Axis Motor Control Using FCL and SFRA On a Single C2000Tm MCU Application Report to run single PMSM motor (M-2310P-LN-04K)

I build project to LEVEL2, and the motor is running from RAM and from FLASH just like it supposed to.

However, when I disconnect USB from my LAUNCHXL-F28379D and remove jumpers JP1, JP2 and JP3 from Launchpad and install J5 on the BOOSTXL-3PHGANINV to power up my system from external power supply the motor is not running, and I am getting tripFlagDMC = 2 which is overvoltage. I can see that the DC BUS voltage is not measured correctly when these jumpers are removed.

Can anyone explain why DC BUS voltage is not measured in this case and how to make it work?
