XTR110: temperature rating

Hi Team,

I have a question on the temperature rating of XTR110KU part. 1 table list the range 0 to 70 and the other table lists it as -40 to 85.

 

Which is correct?

    Hi Connor,

    The XTR110 is a legacy device developed in 1984 (39 years old), and has an unusual grade out for different packages and temperature ranges.

    The temperature range is provided on the "ELECTRICAL CHARACTERISTICS" table on page 3 of the datasheet.

    The specified temperature range is the temperature range where the datasheet offers min/max specifications. 

    The operating temperature range, specifies the temperature range where the device functions, but the datasheet does not offer min/max limits for the parameters.
