Hey Charles,

This is available for the dual and quad packages for the automotive version. These reports are only made for the automotive version of portfolio.

TLV906x-Q1 Functional Safety FIT Rate, FMD and Pin FMA

The pin FMA is still viable (but only as information only) for the single channel commercial version of the device. If the customer requires the PIN FMD and FMA performance than they should get the devices covered in the document (automotive, dual, quad).
