What the package difference between SC70 and SOT-23? Do you have any doc to compare these 2 packaged to see the advantages and disadvantages?

Hello Lanxi,

The full package drawings are in the back of the datasheet. Obviously, the SC-70 is smaller than the SOT-23. The front page summarizes the package size dimensions.

The die is the same, so electrically there is no difference between the two packages.

Off the top of my head I cannot think of any literature to show the difference between the packages, as the difference is so obvious.
