My customer is considering to replace TA75S01F to LM321MFX. Could you please check their question?

Among the characteristics, the emphasis is on the output voltage VOL. on page 4 of the data sheet

20mVmax at V+ 5V, RL=10kΩ

However, at the SINK 0mA point in Fig.4 of the datasheet, It looks bigger.

What is the VOL at μA level current?

The TA75S01F is a clone of the LM321; their behaviour is the same.

In figure 4, no good measurement was done for small output currents/voltages. The LM321 was acquired from National Semiconductor, so I doubt that the datasheet will ever be improved. But see figure 6-11 of the datasheet of the LM358-N, which uses the same circuit.

For a 5 V supply, the cheaper LM321LV device is backwards compatible, but has rail-to-rail CMOS outputs.

Similar performance can be seen in application note Design Guidelines for Devices with LM324/LM358 Cores figure 3.2

Why not use the recommended replacement device TLV9301 ; this device has more charts.

0,0 on figure 4 looks low to me.
