As per the Data Sheets Page 3- Split Supply Range is +/-1.25 to +/-8V. Can we use this Part with VCC=+5V & Connect Ground to -5V.
I am trying to use as a TIA with Dual Supply in the above +/-5V Range

Hi Krishna,
Correct, you can use +/-5V for the amplifier supply.
Some older parts designate the negative supply pin as the "GND" pin. You can force this pin to a voltage other than GND in dual supply configuration so long as you follow datasheet recommendations.
