XTR115: Material comparison

Part Number: XTR115

hi TI,

What is the difference between XTR115U/2K5 and XTR115UA/2K5?   What is the difference between XTR115 and XTR115UA?

thanks~

  • The A suffix indicates worse electrical characteristics; see p. 2 of the datasheet.

  • Hi Cayden,

The 2K5 indicates that this orderable is packaged into a large reel with 2500 devices. Cut tape is a length of tape cut from a reel. TI may fulfill orders using multiple strips of cut tapes or boxes to satisfy the quantity requested.

As Clemens pointed out, the "A" devices have some relaxed specifications in the datasheet. You may refer to the datasheet specifications table for a detailed comparison.

    Thanks,

    Zach
