I do not see direct p2p replacement for RCV429KKP in SOIC package. The list of V-to-I, 4-20mA current loop transmitter are shown below. 

If you tell me the equivalent application and requirements, I may be able to assist you. 

If you want to replace the existing DIP package, you may consider to make a daughter board and replace the part with one of V-to-I 4-20mA current loop converter on the list above.
