LM118-N: no pulses can be measured at the output of the comparator circuit

Hi Team, 

Good day. I am posting this inquiry on behalf of the customer.

I need to build a comparator with the op-amp LM118H. The signal bandwidth is 15 MHz. But the problem is that no pulses can be measured at the output of the comparator circuit (as shown in the attached) with the op-amp (LM118H) when the input signal is over 700khz.

Please help.

Can you recommend an op-amp IC if the LM118H can't work?
