Hi Team,

Good day. I was looking for an IBIS/Spice model for LF398-N. I found this thread made five years ago (https://e2e.ti.com/support/amplifiers-group/amplifiers/f/amplifiers-forum/716981/lf398-n-tina-ti-model) I want to confirm if the creation went through? If not, can you suggest an alternative part number (or alternative method) that can be used for the simulation?

    Hi Marvin,

    We still do not have models for the LF398, and, unfortunately I am unaware of any sample/hold device that has a model.

    The best suggestion I have for now is a discrete sample/hold design.  What kind of system are you looking to design this for?  Do you have any voltage/current/accuracy targets?  We can help put together a simulation if we have more details on what is required.
