If the details CMOS/TTL/BICMOS is not given for an IC not given for an IC how can I find it?
For example, how can I conclude for opamp IC TLV9361-Q1

Hey Ganesh,
These are typically terms that are used for digital IC's. TLV9361 is an analog IC. The transistor technology is CMOS, and it can be found on the product page.
I think you didn't get my question clearly. I asked that how to find that if the details are not there in datasheet. For example, for this current sense amplifier IC INA240A2QDRQ1, they have not mentioned. Kindly let me know if u have any idea.
Hey Ganesh,
We are the amplifiers forum, I will reassign this to the current sensing forum for the INA240A2QDRQ1.
All the best,
Carolina
Ganesh,
Thanks for the question and using the E2E forum.
As Caro points out, this information is available in the product page, however sometimes it can seem hidden.
Specifically for the INA240A2QDRQ1, scroll to the bottom of the INA240-Q1 product page to "Ordering and Quality".
Find the row for the device of interest., then scroll all the way to the right for the "Quality, reliability & packaging information" column.
Next, click on "view or download", and the link will bring up the quality report for your device. It's inside this report that you can find what you're looking for. The INA240A2QDRQ1 is Power BICMOS
Please let us know if you have any further questions.
