Hi team,
Customer wants to measure low-side current with <1uA. Can you suggest solution for it? can be with INAxxx family or discrete solution. But need small size solution.

Hello Hideki,
What voltages will be seen by device? The INA190 (CMR -0.2 V to 40 V, supply 1.7 V to 5.5 V) is the only current sense amp that will get you into that current range, outside of that you will need to be looking at instrumentation amplifiers.
Hi Joseph,
As I calcurated error in 1uA by referring this app note, it would be around 1.1~1.2% with 5kohm depending on Gain selection. And if the lowest current will 0.1uA, the error will be 10% error. I will check with customer if they can accept or not.
