Hi team,
Could you let me know the difference between YFF and YFD package of INA231?
I found that the package height is YFF=0.62mm and YFD=0.40mm.
Also, YFD package has lower junction to thermal resistance than YFF.
Other than package height and thermal resistance, are the devices totally same in regard to electric characteristics and pad dimensions?
My customer would like to make sure if both packages are compatible from delivery point of view.
