Please tell me about the current consumption of the LM324-N.
Is the DS description the current consumption per AMP? Or is it the value of the entire Quad package?
LM324 (four AMPs)
LM324B (per AMP)
Given that the LM324B has the lowest current consumption, the LM324-N's current consumption should be specified per AMP....

The LM324-N datasheet shows that the 0.7 mA value is for all four amplifiers:
The LM324-N and LM324 are clones of each other, so this also applies to the LM324 (as correctly stated in the datasheet).
In the LM324B datasheet, the label "Quiescent current per amplifier" was obviously copied from other modern datasheets, so I suspect that the value is actually specified for the entire chip (for consistency with the non-B version), and that the label is wrong.
